EmaKostova
12-year-old tennis player from Sofia, Bulgaria. Competing in U12 and U14 - and dreaming big.
Hi, I’m
Ema.
I’m 12 and I live in Sofia. I started training tennis in 2021 - and since then the court has been my favourite place.
I play for TC Dema and train at VK Tennis Academy. I compete in U12, and also against older girls in U14, because I love a challenge.
I study at the Lycée Français Victor Hugo in Sofia, where I’m an excellent student. I speak Bulgarian, French and English - and this year I started learning Spanish. My dream is to play on the biggest courts in the world - and I know that takes hard work, discipline and the right people around me.

When dreams have a face
I met Mirra Andreeva at All In Tennis, the academy of Jo-Wilfried Tsonga. She was 17 and already in the WTA Top 20.
We met again - Mirra was now world №5. It made me believe even more.
“Success in tennis is no accident. It’s hard work, discipline and persistence - with the right people around you.”
A professional environment for growth
Every week is built around four pillars - tennis, fitness, mind and recovery. A coaching team with international experience plans the load so I can grow step by step, without injuries, and still be top of my class.
Technique, tactics and match play on court.
Speed, strength, coordination and injury prevention.
Focus, confidence and handling pressure in matches.
Recovery and care for a growing body.
